Executive Administrative Assistant, Finance & Operations

Jeddah or Riyadh, Saudi Arabia | Full-time | Saudi nationals | Recent graduates welcome

We’re looking for a young, ambitious Saudi national who enjoys working with numbers, notices when something doesn’t add up, and follows tasks through to completion. You’ll combine executive administrative support with hands-on work in accounting, invoicing, payments, PRO and payroll coordination.

About Eezee Saudi

Eezee Saudi is part of Eezee Group, an international business consulting and technology company. We help companies connect their operations, finance and customer relationships through Odoo ERP, with customer experience and practical AI built into the way we work.

Our Saudi business brings local experience, particularly in transport and logistics, together with the wider group's consulting and delivery capabilities. You’ll work with colleagues in Saudi Arabia, the UAE and our international teams.

Your role

You’ll support our Saudi leadership and work closely with regional accounting and group finance. We’ll help you learn the systems and processes, then give you ownership of clearly defined tasks.

At the core, you will support Eezee Saudi leadership with administrative support:

  • Help prepare and follow up administrative files with Saudi authorities and service providers, including registrations, licences and renewals.
  • Support employee administration, onboarding documents and expiry tracking, working with the people responsible for HR and government relations.
  • Learn to use relevant Saudi government platforms, such as Qiwa, GOSI and Mudad, with guidance and authorised access.
  • Prepare clear Arabic and English correspondence, organise meetings, and keep an action list showing the owner, deadline, and next step.
  • Keep company records complete and current, follow up missing documents and flag issues early.

As an additional focus, you will be supporting finance and operations activities, such as:

  • Help maintain accounting records in OneDoo, our Odoo business system, under the finance team's guidance.
  • Collect and check supplier invoices, receipts and supporting documents. Follow up on missing information before processing records.
  • Support customer invoicing, track due dates and payments, and professionally follow up on outstanding invoices in Arabic and English.
  • Help match bank statements to accounting records, investigate differences and prepare information for reconciliation and month-end review.
  • Prepare payment checklists and supporting documents, follow up the required approvals and keep the status of approved payments visible.
  • Help collect payroll inputs, check their completeness with HR and finance, and follow up the approval and payment calendar.
  • Prepare simple views of amounts invoiced, collected and due, so management can see what needs attention.

You’ll work within agreed access and approval rules. Payment release, payroll approval and regulatory sign-off stay with the authorised people.

What we’re looking for

  • A Saudi national based in Riyadh or Jeddah, or willing to move there.
  • A recent graduate in accounting, finance, business administration or a related field. A relevant diploma or comparable practical experience can also be considered.
  • Fluent Arabic and enough working English to communicate with international colleagues.
  • Confidence with numbers and spreadsheets, plus an interest in learning accounting and Odoo.
  • Care with confidential information and a habit of checking details.
  • Someone who asks useful questions, follows up politely and takes responsibility for the next step.

We welcome applicants with 0–2 years of experience. Internships, university projects and experience helping a family business count. Prior experience with Odoo or government portals is useful, but we can teach you.

What you’ll learn and where this can lead

You’ll see how a consulting business moves from a customer agreement to an invoice, a payment and a reliable financial record. You’ll receive practical coaching from top-tier consulting leaders, use modern business software, and learn where AI can help with routine work.

The role will grow into finance operations, accounting coordination, or broader business operations, depending on your strengths and the company's needs. We’ll discuss your progress and agree the next responsibilities together.

A longer-term opportunity

We want people who would like to grow with the business over several years. As your contribution and the company develop, we are open to discussing a path to ownership through share options or another suitable participation mechanism, linked to individual contribution and company results.

Any participation plan, including milestones, vesting, and future exit arrangements, would be defined separately in writing.

How to apply

Apply with your CV and a short note explaining why this role interests you. Tell us about one situation where you took responsibility and followed something through, whether in an internship, university project, student association or small business.

Include your current city, availability to work in Riyadh or Jeddah and preferred start date.

We are recruiting for two related graduate roles, one focused on finance and operations and one on business development. We can hire one person for each. If both interest you, apply once and tell us which direction you prefer.
