Executive Administrative Assistant, Business Development
Jeddah or Riyadh, Saudi Arabia | Full-time | Saudi nationals | Recent graduates welcome
Start your career by experiencing first-hand how to build a business in Saudi Arabia. Work closely with the Eezee leadership team, learn how to start impactful customer conversations and help turn them into a well-managed sales pipeline.
We’re looking for a Saudi graduate who is curious about companies, comfortable speaking to people and willing to pick up the phone. You’ll combine executive administrative support with a growing role in prospecting, lead generation and our Saudi go-to-market activity.
About Eezee Saudi
Eezee Saudi is part of Eezee Group, an international business consulting and technology company. We help companies connect their operations, finance and customer relationships through Odoo, with customer experience and practical AI built into the way we work.
Our Saudi business brings local experience, particularly in transport and logistics, together with the wider group's consulting and delivery capabilities. You’ll work with colleagues in Saudi Arabia, the UAE and our international teams.
Your role
You’ll support our Saudi leadership and work with the regional sales and marketing team. We’ll coach you on how to research a company, understand a business problem and prepare a relevant conversation.
At the core, you will support Eezee Saudi leadership with administrative support activities:
- Help prepare and follow up administrative files with Saudi authorities and service providers, including registrations, licences and renewals.
- Support employee administration, onboarding documents and expiry tracking, working with the people responsible for HR and government relations.
- Learn to use relevant Saudi government platforms, such as Qiwa, GOSI and Mudad, with guidance and authorised access.
- Prepare clear Arabic and English correspondence, organise meetings and keep an action list that shows the owner, deadline and next step.
- Keep company records complete and current, follow up missing documents and flag issues early.
As an additional focus, you will be supporting business development, sales and marketing activities, such as:
- Research target companies, sectors and decision-makers, starting with the types of business where Eezee has relevant experience.
- Contact prospects by phone, email and LinkedIn in Arabic and English, using a clear reason for each conversation.
- Generate and qualify leads, understand their initial needs and arrange meetings with the right Eezee colleagues.
- Keep our Odoo CRM up to date with contact details, call notes, qualification information, and agreed next steps.
- Help prepare meeting briefs, presentations, proposals and follow-ups with senior colleagues.
- Contribute to our Saudi go-to-market approach by sharing what you hear, testing outreach messages and helping us identify useful events, referral routes and partnerships.
- Work with marketing on campaigns and review what creates useful conversations and qualified opportunities.
This role involves regular outbound calling. We’ll help you prepare, practise and improve. You’ll build confidence through real conversations and feedback.
How we work with technology and AI
You’ll learn to use ODOO, LinkedIn research and our AI tools to prepare account briefs, organise information, draft relevant messages and keep follow-up consistent.
You’ll review the facts and make the final judgement before using AI output. Some workflows are already part of daily work; others are still being developed, and you can help improve them.
The coaching combines practical sales experience with methods used in Odoo professional services and top-tier Big Four transformation consulting: understand the business, ask precise questions, qualify the opportunity and make the next action clear.
What we’re looking for
- A Saudi national based in Riyadh or Jeddah, or willing to move there.
- A recent graduate in business administration, marketing, finance, economics, information systems or a related field. Other backgrounds are welcome if you can show the interest and skills.
- Fluent Arabic and enough working English to communicate with international colleagues.
- Confidence speaking with new people and a willingness to make calls.
- Curiosity about how companies operate and how technology can improve their work.
- Good organisation, reliable follow-up and a willingness to learn from feedback.
We welcome applicants with 0–2 years of experience. Internships, student projects, customer service and experience helping a small business count. You do not need an existing client portfolio, an Odoo certification or years of sales experience.
What you’ll learn and where this can lead
You’ll get direct exposure to customer research, sales qualification, market development and business software, with coaching from the people leading our regional growth.
As you develop, the role will move toward more business development, account management, or business consulting, depending on your strengths and the company's needs. We will assess your progress based on the quality of your work, the conversations you create, and the opportunities you help advance.
A longer-term opportunity
We want people who would like to grow with the business over several years. As your contribution and the company develop, we are open to discussing a path to ownership through share options or another suitable participation mechanism, linked to individual contribution and company results.
Any participation plan, including its milestones, vesting and future exit arrangements, would be defined separately in written terms.
How to apply
Apply with your CV and a short note explaining why this role interests you. Tell us about one situation where you took responsibility and followed something through, whether in an internship, university project, student association or small business.
Include your current city, availability to work in Riyadh and preferred start date.
We are recruiting for two related graduate roles, one focused on finance and operations and one on business development. We have room to hire one person in each. If both interest you, apply once and tell us which direction you prefer.
