Since 1989, VP+ has been supporting independent nurses and home healthcare professionals through a broad ecosystem of services. Beyond supplying medical equipment through its physical and online stores, the organization provides professional training, accounting support, insurance services, legal advice, office rental solutions, job opportunities, and membership programs. Managing such a diverse range of activities requires seamless coordination between sales, events, subscriptions, finance, and customer communication.

Before deploying Odoo, the Eezee team worked closely with VP+ to understand how members, customers, trainees, and healthcare professionals interacted with the organization.
